We are thrilled to announce that Annie Smither’s, chef and owner of Trentham’s famous du Fermier restaurant is now offering a private dining experience to groups of 8 staying at The French House. The three-course menu available will be similar to what is offered at du Fermier each week, with tweaks available for dietary requirements. It is considered a fully interactive experience with Annie and a waiter, with guests also having the option to bring wine from their own cellars. The cost is $150 + GST per person.
