Trentham is a pretty country hamlet that is emerging from the shadow of its big brother Daylesford to become famous in its own right for its food, coffee and art culture.
Each year, we see more and more traders opening in town. We are so excited because this means more excellent options for our guests to while away the hours along Trentham’s historic streetscapes. In addition to the numerous coffee and food venues, there’s antique stores, galleries and fashion boutiques. And don’t forget the monthly markets (What’s On)!
For the outdoorsy types – Trentham has you covered! The Wombat State Forest and Lerderderg Gorge border the township and offer all sorts of adventure – there’s bushwalking, camping, mountain biking, trailbike riding, four-wheel driving and horse riding.
If this is the first you’ve heard of Trentham – you’re welcome!
